- KDA_3_30212 - --Located on the shelf above the front prep table, there was an unlabeled shaker of brown powder, an unlabeled container of single use cups of a golden colored liquid, and an unlabeled shaker of white powder which the PIC identified as cinnamon, honey, and salt. COS- labeled.
- KDA_3_50114A2 - --Located in the WIC, there were two containers of gravy at 45F and 46F. The person in charge (PIC) stated that the gravy had been put in the WIC to cool yesterday after breakfast. The gravy was in two large metal containers with lids on them. The containers were stacked and had another container of gravy on top of them that had foil on it with a vent. COS- discarded the bottom two containers of gravy.
- KDA_3_50118A1 - --Located in the WIC, there was a container of marinara sauce with a date of 10-27. The kitchen employee stated that she had marked it as the date that it was put in the WIC. COS- discarded.
- KDA_4_20211A2 - --Located in a drawer under the baker's prep table, there was a plastic ice scoop that was cracked. COS- discarded. Located on the dish rack next to the three vat sink, there were five plastic pitchers that were cracked. COS- discarded. Located in a drawer under the back prep table, there was one rubber spatula that was chipped. COS- discarded.
- KDA_4_60111A - --Located in a cabinet behind the front prep table, there was a container with two small plastic food containers and fourteen assorted plastic food container lids stored as clean that were soiled with sticker residue. COS- moved to wash area. Located on the dish rack above the warewash track, there was one large plastic food container lid stored as clean that was soiled with dried food debris. COS- washed. Located in a drawer under the baker's prep table, there were three measuring cups stored as clean that were soiled with dried food debris. COS- moved to wash area.
