PIC indicated that these items were from the owner's meat locker that had closed down. KDA_Defacto - --Located in the storage room, there is a chest freezer with deer meat stored in it. There is a sign on the freezer that says that it is only for personal use. PIC indicated that she did not have time to make them and had not been selling pies for retail. She said that is working on an ingredient list for the labels of the pies. Located in the storage room, there were six bags of ice that were being stored on the floor next to the freezer. KDA_3_30611 - --There is no food guard on one side of the buffet line. There is a food guard at the front side of the buffet line. There was food hot holding on both sides of the buffet line.
