KDA_3_30211A1b - --Located in the kitchen area reach in cooler (RIC), there was a package of ready to eat shredded cheese stored in a drawer with several packages of raw sausage. Corrected on site (COS)- moved cheese. KDA_3_30412B - --Located in the storage room, there was a bin of flour with the handle of the scoop stored in contact with the flour. KDA_3_30511A1 - --There were two boxes of soda stored on the floor of the storage room. KDA_3_50115A - --Located in the WIC, there was a plastic container of cooked taco meat at 76F. The PIC stated that the morning employee would have put the taco meat in the WIC after it was done cooking when she left around 7:15 this morning. The container had it's lid on. COS- educated PIC about proper cooling methods. Moved taco meat to the chest freezer to get it down to temperature fast. KDA_4_60111A - --Located on the kitchen dish shelf, there was one metal spatula stored as clean that was soiled with dried food debris. COS- moved to wash area. KDA_4_60111C - --There is dust on the vent covers of the retail area RIC. The fan guards of the WIC are soiled with an accumulation of dust. KDA_4_90311A - --Located next to the customer self serve soda fountain, there was a box of single use cups stored on the floor. KDA_5_50117 - --The women's restroom did not have a covered trash can. KDA_6_20214 - --Neither of the men's or women's restrooms had self closing doors. KDA_6_50111 - --There is a hole in the door to the utility closet. There are several stained ceiling tiles in the back next to the WIC. There is exposed insulation coming from the ceiling in the utility closet. KDA_6_50112A - --There is an accumulation of dust on the vent cover in between the utility closet and the men's restroom. KDA_7_10211 - --Located on the floor next to the kitchen area, there was an unlabeled bottle of clear liquid which the employee stated was floor cleaner. COS- labeled. KDA_7_20111B - --Located in the storage room, there was a box of hand soap stored on a shelf above a shelf with single use cups, a container of candies, and boxes of brownie mix. COS- moved soap. Located in the storage room, there was a container of windshield de-icer stored on a shelf over a shelf with a box of bagged chips. COS- moved windshield de-icer. Located in the storage room, there were two containers of bleach stored on a shelf over a shelf with a box of starburst candy. COS- moved bleach. KDA_3_30412B - In-use utensil storage (Non-PHF/TCS-handles above food) During pauses in FOOD preparation or dispensing, FOOD preparation and dispensing UTENSILS shall be stored in FOOD that is not POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS (TIME/TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR SAFETY FOOD) with their handles above the top of the FOOD within containers or EQUIPMENT that can be closed, such as bins of sugar, flour, or cinnamon.
