KDA_3_50116A1 - --Breakfast pizza with eggs hot held in an insulated chest at 118 degrees and 114 degrees at 9:03 am. As per the cook, it was removed from the oven at 7:30 am and placed in a hot holding unit at the main kitchen across the street. It was removed from that hot unit and brought directly across the street to this school (discarded nine pieces that were not served). Suggest using time as a public health control if foods cannot held and delivered at the proper temperatures.
