KDA_2_30114H - --Observed an employee talking on the phone in the back prep area. She then put on a new pair of gloves without washing her hands. COS PIC and employee was educated. Employee took off gloves, washed hands, and put on a new pair of gloves.
KDA_3_10111 - --A gallon of milk in the WIC did not have a open or discard date. PIC did not know when the container was open. COS Milk was discarded.
KDA_4_60111A - --Dried food debris was on the blade of a knife that was stored as clean on a magnetic wall strip. COS PIC removed the knife and put in the warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, sanitized.
KDA_Defacto - --Kitchen chef's and managers have taken ServSafe courses since the last inspection.
