5-202.14 - --There was a shut off valve down stream from an atmospheric vacuum breaker on the mop sink. The shut off was closed with the water turned on and the hose was below the flood rim of the sink. (COS-water was turned of and shut off opened).
KDA_2_30112A - --An employee handling money at the cash register went into the kitchen washed his hands for a couple of seconds at the hand washing sink, then dropped hush puppy batter in the fryers. The employee did not wash his hands for at least 20 seconds. Cook #2 dropped raw shrimp in the fryers with his bare hands, washed his hands for five seconds, handled the bottom of a clean food boat, then placed the boat under the heat lamp on top of the fried batter for customers. The employee did not wash his hands for at least 20 seconds. "Corrected on site" (COS-educated).
KDA_2_30411 - --An employee working the register and working in the kitchen had excessive amounts of white batter on his black shirt and trousers.
