  • KDA_3_50116A2 - --In the RIC on the opposite wall of the dishwashing machine were 8 ziplock bags of cooked spaghetti. The internal temperature was 80F. PIC said the pasta was cooked at 10:30am. Temperature was taken at 2:32pm. COS PIC discarded the spaghetti noodles. Down stairs in the WIC on the right side, was a large plastic container of marinara sauce. The marinara sauce had a internal temperature of 49F. PIC said it was prepared yesterday, 8/31, afternoon. Temperature was taken 2:54pm. COS PIC was given suggestion on how to cool marinara. Marinara was discarded.
  • KDA_4_20211A2 - --Underneath the dishwashing machine was a cracked container. The container was stored as clean. COS PIC discarded the container.
  • KDA_4_60111A - --Underneath the dishwashing machine, stored as clean were and 2 containers with stickers on the exterior surface, and a container with food debris in the interior surface. COS The other containers were put in the warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. Hanging on rack, was 2 ladles that had food debris on the interior surface of the spoons. COS Laddles were put in the warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, sanitized.
