KDA_6_30113 - --A sink by the dough mixer has soap and paper towels on the wall above it. There are sanitizer buckets in the sink. The PIC stated the sink is not a handwashing sink. PIC is going to place a work order to remove dispensers.
KDA_8_30411A - --The license is posted in the cafeteria office. Advised to post it where it is viewable to the public.
