Located in the Superior RIC, there was a pan with individual servings of flan with no date. PIC indicated that they had made the flan on 9/26. COS- dated. KDA_4_60111A - --Located on the clean dish rack at the back of the kitchen, there were two fajita pans, a dicer, and one plastic food container stored as clean that were soiled with dried food debris. COS- moved to wash area. Located on the dish rack at the back of the kitchen, there were five metal food containers and one plastic food container stored as clean that were soiled with sticker residue. COS- moved to wash area. Located on the clean utensil rack above the kitchen counter, there was one rubber spatula and one knife that were soiled with dried food debris. COS- moved to wash area. KDA_4_60111C - --The fan guards of the WIC and walk in freezer (WIF) have an accumulation of dust on them. There is food debris on the bottom shelf of the Kenmore RIC in the kitchen.
