3-304.15(A) - --While wearing gloves, employee touched clothing, then handled raw liquid egg product and ready to eat (RTE) hamburger buns without changing gloves. At inspector's prompting, person in charge (PIC) educated employee and discarded hamburger buns. Employee washed hands and put on a new pair of gloves.

KDA_2_30114D - --While wearing gloves, manager drank from an open coffee cup then immediately handled cooked ready to eat (RTE) food without washing hands. Corrected on site (COS): educated.
KDA_3_50116A2 - --Lettuce in the bottom of the maketable (MT) reach in cooler (RIC) was at 45-47F. PIC said the lettuce had been in the cooler overnight and not used today. Ambient air was 32.5F. COS: discarded.
KDA_3_50118A2 - --Ice cream mix and hotdogs in the WIC had no date. PIC said they had been opened 11/21. These items represent approximately two out of twenty-five, or ten percent, of all items needing date-marking. COS: dated.
KDA_4_60111A - --There were four slicer pieces and the slicer itself stored as clean that had food debris. The cutting edge of the can opener had food debris. Person in charge (PIC) said he did not know when it had been used last. COS: moved to warewashing sink for cleaning.
