KDA_3_30212 - --Two containers of unknown yellow liquid on MT were not labeled. PIC identified liquids as oil. Two containers of unknown yellow and red liquids in the bar RIC were not labeled. PIC identified liquids as pineapple juice and fruit punch.
KDA_3_50118A1 - --In the RIC, cheese mix was dated 1/18/16. In the MT bottom, two containers of sliced beef were dated 1/18/16, and one container of sliced turkey was dated 1/14. COS: PIC discarded foods.

PIC said ice scoop was not used, and there was another ice scoop properly stored in the ice bin. COS: PIC moved unused ice scoop. Disinfectant wipes were stored in contact with pretzel mix and waxed paper. COS: Wipes moved to chemical area.
