4-204.115 - --The gauge for measuring the heat sanitize cycle of the mechanical ware wash machine indicates the rinse cycle temperature is 165.3 and the internal temperature recorded on the inspectors thermometer is 165.3 The data plate of the mechanical ware wash machine reads the gauge is to show the rinse cycle at 180 degrees. Educated the manager that the gauge not following the data plate guidelines and she said a maintenance person will be called.
KDA_4_10117A - --Stored in a drawer with approved rolling pins are 4 unapproved wooden craft dowel rods that are being used as rolling pins. Manager said she does not use them for her food service but the kitchen is rented out for fund raising and they may belong to that group. Corrected on site Manager will will remove them and see who they belong to.
