These folks are unable to successfully manage the drive-thru lanes. Very often, they take the order of the person just pulling up in one lane, instead of the person that has been sitting at the order box in the other lane for several minutes, and then they seldom have a clue what was ordered, they ask nearly every single time 'what did you order?' I have called management on more than one occasion regarding this issue, and yet the same staff is still on that window exhibiting the same problems. I typically now shop with the competition across the street.
