  • Additionally the cheese dispenser was leaking and the exterior temperature gauge was reading 132°F. Potentially hazardous foods shall be maintained at 135°F and above to limit the growth of organisms. Repair this unit as needed.
  • Notes: Four accurate temperature measuring devices were available for use.
  • Observed HG-200 Drain maintenance system was installed under the three-vat sink. A letter was sent to the Medina City school system from the Medina County Sanitary engineers office on 12/21/09.
  • Dish machine was not properly working today. The three vat sink was utilized and Hobart was contacted for repairs.
