Foods shall be dated the day of opening an shall be used or discarded in seven calendar days. These food items were discarded today. Discussed raw egg storage. Reportedly raw eggs were used for baking. Discussed with PIC to mark the expiration date on the container for oatmeal infant cereal, if remove from the original container. |
