  • R/4.4 Repair the three damaged door seals on the True refrigeration case, to provide a cleanable surface & to facilitate with temperature maintenance.
  • R/*3.1 Observed a can of Taco Bell Refried beans was dented on the seam. Packages of food shall be in good condition to protect the integrity of the contents ad to prevent potential contaminants.
  • *7.1 Observed the chemicals in the Last Chance area such as Lysol, Ajax, Health and Beauty Aids, and Lysol Multi-surface cleaner, were stored above foil, storage bags, and foil pans, also in the Just for a dollar area soap and Orange wipes were stored above equipment such as by not limited to: plastic wrap, wax paper, single use bowls and plates. Toxic chemicals shall be stored in a separate designated area from food and equipment, to prevent contamination.
  • 5.4 Provide a covered can in the women's restroom.
  • 6.2 Repair the non-functioning light fixture in the women's restroom, to provide 20 foot candles of lighting.
  • Note: Operation added a True Freezer GDM-49F-L0, with NSF label, and a Reiter milk cooler in the rear room for additional milk storage.

  • *3.1 Observed a can of oysters dented on the seam. Packages of food shall be stored in good condition to protect the integrity of the contents to prevent potential contaminants. Also, observed a dented can od Swanson chicken broth. Removed damaged goods from the shelf today. Additional dented can of enchilada sauce was removed from the discounted shelf today. Do not sell damaged canned food items.
  • Note: Observed a box of Grandma's Crunchy Butter Cookies with a best before date of 8/10/10. Check & rotate stock regularly.
  • Remove outdated items from the sales floor.
