- 3.4/4.4- Reach-in cooler under ice cream toppings had an ambient air temperature of 55°F. Milk inside cooler had an internal temperature of 44.9°F. Repair cooler and maintain foods at 41°F and below. Discard any contaminated foods. Service call was being made during the inspection for repair on the cooler. Foods were removed from unit. According to temperature log cooler was holding below 41°F the previous day.
- 4.1- Provide an accurate thermometer in the sandwich cooler to assure 41°F and below is being maintained. Foods in this unit were below 41°F.
- 4.4- Gasket on reach-in drive thru cooler does not seal to the cooler leaving a large gap. Reportedly a new gasket is on order.
- 3.5- Provide ingredient labels for ice cream cakes and novelties in the retail case.
- 6.1- Large gap under corner of back delivery door. Outer openings shall be tight fitting to prevent pest entry. Provide new weather stripping or any other needed repairs to the door to eliminate the gap.

- R*4.5/4.6 Observed a black residue on the ice guard inside of the ice machine. Food contact surfaces shall be washed, rinsed, and sanitized and shall be clean to sight and touch. (Empty the ice machine prior to cleaning.)
- 5.1 The hot water at the Baskin Robbins hand sink is turned off. Repair the leaking faucet so plumbing is in good repair. (A new faucet is on order.) (Hot water is available at the other handsink.)
- 3.2 The sneeze guard for the cones is broken and a new guard is on order. In the mean time, protect the cones from possible contamination.
