- *4.4 Observed quat sanitizer in the wiping cloth bucket at a concentration of 400 ppm. Wiping cloth buckets shall have sanitizing solution at proper concentration in order to properly sanitize and prevent possible contamination. Maintain quat sanitizing solution at 200ppm.
- *3.1 Observed sausages in the walk-in cooler, in a grocery bag, lacking a label or packaging. Reportedly, the sausages are from
- Jugo's Sausage, 5270 Broadview Rd., Parma, OH 44134. Packages of a different style of sausage from this business are sold at this operation and is properly labeled and contains a Dept of Agriculture inspection stamp. Discussed obtaining proper packaging and labeling from Jugo's in order to ensure that this product is from an approved source.

- -re-packaged deli meat (for sale in the package)
- -containers of poppy butter and sunflower dessert
- -re-packaged sour cream in the walk-in cooler

Maintain quat sanitizing solution at 200ppm (or manufacturers directions) and chlorine at 50-200ppm.
