  • Operation added the following equipment: Traulsen refrigeration unit model number RHT232NUT-HH6 with NSF label, SSI NSF approved work table with a preparation sink, Two SSI NSF approved work tables with an attached shelf unto, Color Point work tables Model number 50-ST, UL listed, Color Pointe refrigeration unit with a work table, UL listed, Model number was not legible.
  • Discussed ceiling tiles with PIC. Ceiling tiles are not considered to be a cleanable surfaces and shall be replaced with a cleanable ceiling tile when requirements of OAC 3717, can be achieved.
