- Notes: No food being prepared today. Please provide this office with an updated menu. Frozen pizza rolls and brats observed in the freezer. Cans of soup on premises. Autofry unit on premises, but does not appear to be in use. No handwashing sink available in kitchen. Unknown if a grease trap is available. No mop sink or food preparation sink on premises. A review of the food service operation file will be conducted to determine facility needs based on the menu. These fixtures may be necessary in order to comply with the Ohio Uniform Food Safety Code (Ohio Administrative Code 3717-1). A plumbing permit will be required prior to any plumbing changes.
- Walk-in cooler is locked in addition to other areas. Reportedly, bartender does not have a key for these areas.
