PIC stated that the 10/13 date is the sandwich preparation date and the product was immediately frozen.
  • -Pizza and corn dogs were hot holding properly above 135°F.
  • -Milk and egg/cheese bagels were cold holding properly below 41°F.
  • -Observed proper chemical storage and labeling.
  • -2 accurate thermometers available for use.
  • -PIC reported proper thawing procedures under refrigeration.
