  • 3.4- Open hotdogs in upright cooler from previous weekend were not date marked. Ready-to-eat potentially hazardous foods shall be date marked when opened and consumed within seven days. Hotdog manufacturer date is 10/14/2011. Reportedly these were just received by the supplier and were previously frozen. Recommend discarding these hotdogs.
  • 6.1- Upstairs and downstairs door left open. Keep outer openings closed to prevent possible pest entry or install screen doors.
  • No foods being prepared at this time.
