  • R/C/*7.1 Observed laundry detergent stored above and beside a box of ketchup on the back room shelves. Store toxic chemicals separate from and below food and equipment in order to prevent possible contamination.
  • R/901:3-4-15 Observed a box of Gerber Graduates Biscuits for sale beyond the expiration date of January 26, 2012. Discard any expired baby food. Check and rotate stock regularly. PIC discarded the Biscuits today.
  • C/*3.2 Observed a can of Campbell's Chicken Noodle soup dented on the seal. Do not use canned goods dented on the seal in order to prevent possible contamination. Store damaged canned goods in a separate designated area for return/credit.
  • 6.4 Observed a spill and debris under the milk and punch shelving in the walk-in cooler. Clean this area.
  • -Observed proper cold holding temperatures below 41°F.
  • -Observed proper chemical storage on the retail shelves.

  • R/*7.2/7.1 Observed two types of Wet Ones, and Rite Aid Antibacterial Moist Towelettes stored above plates and bowls. Toxic chemicals shall be stored in a separate designated are from food and food contact surfaces, to prevent contamination.
  • 901:3-4-15 Observed the Gerber Yogurt Melt Way berry blend contained and expiration date of 4/9/11. Baby food products shall remove from normal stock prior to expiration. Check and rotate stock regularly. This product was removed from the sales floor today.
  • Note: Discussed with manager the newly installed bare wood shelves in the rear storage area. Shelves are not considered a cleanable surface and are should not be used with liquid food items. Recommend if these shelves are used for food storage to seal or resurface these shelves.
