- *4.4/3.4 Observed the refrigeration case with perishable Naked juices contained an air temperature of 37°-45°F and the juices were holding at 43°-46°F. Maintain refrigeration unit and juice products at 41°F and below to limit the growth of organisms. The juices were relocated today.
- 6.4 Clean the floor surface and floor/wall junctures under the cabinets, which are soiled.

- *4.1/2.4 Observed two of eleven thermometers were holding at 35°F, in an ice bath. Temperature measuring devices shall be accurate within +/- 2°F to monitor the temperatures of foods. These devices were calibrated today.
- R/6.1/6.2 Observed two of the light fixtures in the bakery case were unprotected, and the light fixtures above the counter with coffee scales and hand sink were non-functioning and/or lacking shatter proof bulbs or light shields with end caps. Repair these areas.
- 6.2 Repair the non-functioning light fixtures in the rear storage room, to provide lighting as specified on the OAC 3717.
- *3.1 Observed two cans of the Starbucks Double shot was dented on the seam. Packages of food shall be in good condition to protect the integrity of the contents and to prevent potential contaminants. Remove these cans from the sales floor.
