Discussed complaint received on 10/18/10 with PIC. The chicken is a pre-cooked product and was served cold. PIC reported that the chicken may not have been entirely thawed. The chicken was thawed in the cooler and never in the temperature danger zone. PIC is knowledgeable about proper food temperatures.
