C/*7.0 Observed there was a purple and blue chemical spray bottle both labeled glass cleaner. Toxic chemicals shall be properly labeled with the containers contents. PIC properly labeled this bottle today.
C/*4.4/7.1 Observed the sanitizer in the chemical spray bottles contained 300-400 ppm. Maintain QAC sanitizer at 200 ppm in order to effectively sanitize.
2.2 Observed employee was wearing numerous rings on their hands. Food employees are not permitted to wear jewelry on the hands or arms except a plain ban wedding ring. Discussed with PIC.
This inspection was conducted to assure the operation was in compliance to transfer the license per operator request. This office previously faxed a transfer form to the PIC. The paperwork was forwarded to the new operator for completion. This inspector did remove the current RFE license from premises. This operation is approved for license transfer, once appropriate paperwork is received.
