- *4.4/3.4 Observed the ambient air temperature of the kitchen refrigerator at 47°F. Foods in the refrigerator were 44-45°F.
- Maintain refrigerators with potentially hazardous foods (PHFs) and PHFs at 41°F or below in order to limit bacterial growth.
- Recommend discarding PHFs in this cooler. Repair cooler. Store PHFs in the milk cooler until repairs are made.
