Worst experience I have ever had!! They put us on two lanes that weren't fully functional! We complained while our time kept coming off. I messaged them simply asking for a corporate number or a big bosses number and they messaged back with " . That is unprofessional. The "owner" told my brother "well I hope you find somewhere that makes you happy!" They don't care if you are happy or not they made money off of you so they don't care! I will let everybody know how they treated us and how they don't care if they put you on two lanes that aren't fully functional. The lanes shouldn't of been open if they didn't worked properly. They all need to take customer service classes. We waited for nearly two hours to even get the horrible lanes and paid for 2 hours of bowling which we didn't even get to bowl the 2 hours because we were dealing with the teenage management they had. Nobody know what they were doing!
