After standing unnoticed for at least 5 minutes I finally slammed my hands on the counter to get their attention. Well I ordered 1 Tamale Platter, 1 Chicken Muchaco 2 Medium drinks which he handed me one medium and one small then proceeded to argue with me and the receipt about what size we ordered. Well this was at 7:06 and I didn't get my order until 7:32 and that's being generous. They refused me my money back but offered me something else to eat which the food was inedible to begin with. I'm not one to complain because I understand how food places get. Anyways I called the next day asking for my money back which the male manager wasn't really willing even though I have the receipt so I am going back today and hopefully I'll get it back

Walked in tables havent been cleaned, floors were trashy, no napkins or condiments. Waited over 10 minutes for meal, drive thru orders going out first. Was not that busy at time of order.
