    --Food facility does not have available sanitizer test strips or test kit to determine appropriate sanitizer concentration. This facility uses both chlorine, in ware washer, and quaternary ammonia, in the three bay sink. Both test kits are required. This is a repeat violation.
  • Maintaining & Using a Handwashing Facility (46.825(a) & 46.981(h))
    --The handwash sink in the dish washing area was blocked by plastic jug and not accessible at all times for employee use.
