    --Thermometers for ensuring proper temperatures of food are not available or readily accessible in front deli case.
  • Surface Characteristics of Indoor Areas of Food Facilities (46.901)
    --Dry storage room ceiling is covered with insulation and is not durable, smooth, non-porous, and non-absorbent. Owner stated he has plans to cover ceiling in drywall.
