Note: The draught box is broken and not functioning, it is being removed from the establishment. HACCP: Discussed routinely repairing the weather stripping at the bottom portions of the door as these are beginning to show damage by delivery carts. Frozen foods are frozen. Chlorine bleach is the sanitizer used in the establishment. Kitchen is not in use. There are doors now to block entrance to the kitchen area. No violations at the time of inspection.
