    The door on the women's restroom door is not self-closing. Toilet rooms shall be completely enclosed and shall have tight fitting, self-closing doors. Provide a self-closing device for the door.
  • Walls, ceilings, and attached equipment, properly constructed, clean
    The vent fan cover on the ceiling of the men's restroom is heavily soiled. Maintain all ceilings and attached equipment clean. Clean this vent.

HACCP: Discussed routinely repairing the weather stripping at the bottom portions of the door as these are beginning to show damage by delivery carts.

Kitchen is not in use. There are doors now to block entrance to the kitchen area.

No violations at the time of inspection. Items from the 'final' inspection thirty days ago  have been corrected.

    Bare exposed wood located behind the bar near handsink and where drawers in cabinetry are.
    Seal wood.

    Three compartment sink leaks from faucet handles.
    Three compartment sink faucet barely reaches all three bays of sinks.  If this causes difficultly with ware washing, replace faucet with a longer one.
    Repair or replace faucet.

    There is a large gap between the mopsink and the wall.
    The coving in the restrooms is coming away from the wall.
    Seal coving and mopsink to the wall.
