Note: In the kitchen, excessively soiled equipments such as grill, fryers, and stove. Disconnected and excessively soiled 3-compartment sink, non functional hand sink, non functional walk-in cooler. Per Connie Brown the co-owner the facility does not serve any kind of food therefore does not make use of the kitchen. As for the foods in the freezer, Connie stated that the foods are strictly for private consumption. However Connie was informed to maintain a clean facility.
- Floors properly constructed, clean, drained
Soiled floors by the front entrance, under bar counter, and various other places in the facility. Clean and maintain clean floors.
- Walls, ceilings, and attached equipment, properly constructed, clean
Some missing ceiling tiles in the facility. Replace.
