The hand sink in the basement has now been installed next to the ice machine and has hot and cold running water under pressure.

No functional hand sink was found downstairs next to ice machine, correct by 01/06/2016 by installing.  A recheck will be conducted on or after 01/06/2016.  A recheck fee may apply.  Should the hand sink be found inoperable at the time of recheck your licence may be suspended until corrections are made.  All plumbing must be done by a licensed plumber, provide licence number at time of inspection.

An ice machine is located in the basement which was not on the plan review.  Either the ice machine can not be used or a handsink must be installed near the ice machine (drain and plumbing is available).

Final approval has been granted under the guidelines of Chapter 10, Food Safety, of the Peoria County Code.

Projected opening date is Sept. 1, 2015.
