Plastic forks and spoons stored in the box they came in were multiple directions.
Provide a container which the plastic forks and spoons can be stored in with the handles presented to the worker.
Single-service knives, forks and spoons shall be presented with the handle of the utensil towards the user unless they are pre-wrapped or pre-packaged.

Repair or replace the leaking fixture.
Plumbing shall be sized, installed, and maintained in accordance with applicable provisions of the Illinois State Plumbing Code.

Label spray bottles with what they contain.

New hand sink on wall with hood will overflow out the air gap when the water is left on for 30-40 seconds. Clean grease trap or remove baffles to allow better water flow.
Per receipt, new gaskets have been ordered for the walk in cooler and walk in freezer.
Final approval has been given to operate under the guidelines of Chapter 10, Food Safety, of the Peoria County Code.
