Found ice that had been dumped in the far hand sink at the bar area. Corrected and spoke to employees. Lavatory, utensil-washing, equipment-washing, or food-preparation sinks shall not be used for the disposal of mop water or similar liquid waste or for the cleaning of mops.

Found mildew build up on the ceiling to the ice machine bin. The food-contact surfaces of all cooking equipment shall be kept free of encrusted grease deposits and other accumulated soil.

Found exposed dry wall behind the pan storage area in the kitchen. Seal dry wall so that it is easily cleanable. Please dust the ceiling by the fans to the walk in cooler. Walls and ceilings of garbage or refuse storage rooms shall be constructed of easily cleanable, non-absorbent material. Walls, ceilings, and attached equipment and decorative material shall be maintained clean.
