Soiled shelving in reach in cooler. Clean and sanitize food contact surfaces.

Shelving used to store clean dishes over 3 bay sink soiled (dust). Clean and sanitize non food contact surfaces.
- Plumbing installed and maintained
Valve on food prep sink. Plumbing shall be sized, installed, and maintained in accordance with applicable provisions of the Illinois State Plumbing Code.
