| Wood is stored in shed outside. HACCP plan has been submitted for the curing of meats. Drawer coolers in kitchen do not work due to electrical issue. They will not be used until inspected by this department. Waitress area was being used by Martini's for ice. Martini's can not use this area. The only shared area allowed is the restrooms in the lobby. Any violations found in the restrooms, regardless of which business caused the violation, will be counted towards the inspection occuring at that time. Establishment has been given final approval to operate under the guidelines of Chapter 10, Food Safety, of the Peoria County Code.
