Equipment, utensils and food contact surfaces that are used for the preparation of potentially hazardous foods on a continuous or production-line basis, shall be washed, rinsed and sanitized at intervals throughout the day based on food temperature, type of food, and amount of food particle accumulation.

Frozen foods were frozen.
Final inspection noted that dumpster must be placed on concrete. Concrete blocks were observed and are ready to be put in place. Owner is planning on having them installed before next inspection.

Raw eggs stored over juice jugs in milk fridge. Corrected by moving eggs to bottom shelf. Food that is not subject to further washing or cooking before being served shall be stored in a way that protects it against cross-contamination from food that requires washing or cooking.

Bottles of soda stored beneath Clorox and other cleaners. Corrected by storing all drink items away from chemicals used for cleaning. Poisonous or toxic materials necessary for the maintenance of the establishment shall not be stored above or intermingled with food, food equipment, utensils, or single-service articles.
