OBSERVED BOXES OF FOOD PRODUCTS STORED ON THE FLOOR INSIDE THE FREEZER.
OBSERVED DAMAGED FLOOR TILE AREAS BACK IN THE KITCHEN.
THERE ARE COUPLE OF FLIES IN THE FACILITY.
THERE IS NO QUAT AMMONIA SANITIZER MEASURING STRIPS.
THERE WAS NO SOAP SUPPLY IN THE FRONT HAND SINK.
