FOOD TEMPERATURE MEASURED 40F IN DRAWERS LOCATED AT EDGES OF UNIT, MIDDLE DRAWER HAD FOOD TEMPERATURES APPROXIMATELY 49F.
OBSERVED FLOOR SINK BENEATH THE HAND WASH SINK IN KITCHEN WAS FULL TO BRIM, AND OVER FLOWED WHEN USED.
OBSERVED THREE HOOD FILTERS WHICH WERE PUSHED BACK/ NOT FLUSHED WITH THE CANOPY.
TEMPERATURE GAUGE ON THE DISH WASH MACHINE WAS BROKEN.
WOMEN'S RESTROOM PAPER TOWEL DISPENSER WAS EMPTY.
