FOUND SEVERAL COCKROACHES IN THE FOOD PREPARATION AREA.
HOT FOOD WERE COOLING IN BIG CONTAINERS AT ROOM TEMPERATURE NEAR THE OPEN BACK DOOR.
SEVERAL WET WIPING CLOTHS WERE OBSERVED ON TOP OF PREPARATION AREA, COOK-LINE, AND PREP TABLE.
THE EXHAUST FAN SCREEN IN THE MEN'S RESTROOM HAS DIRT BUILD UP.
UTENSILS WERE STORED ON THE FLOOR BELOW THE DISHWASHER MACHINE.
