RESTROOMS ADJACENT TO THE KITCHEN ARE NOT ALWAYS USED BY KITCHEN STAFF, DUE TO MEETING TAKING PLACE IN ADJACENT PUBLIC RESTROOM. AN ALTERNATE RESTROOM IS USED IN A CAMPUS BATHROOM BUILDING; HOWEVER HAND WASH SINKS ARE NOT PLUMBED WITH HOT WATER.
WATER COLLECTED BENEATH DISH MACHINE TO BE PROPPED REGULARLY UNTIL REPAIRS MADE TO ELIMINATE STAGNANT WATER COLLECTING ON THE GROUND.
