Small reach in fridge behind counter @ 37F. Pizza @ 41F. Walk in fridge @ 34F. Jalapenos @ 38F. Walk in freezer @ -0F. Reach in freezer in back @ 0F. Three comp sink for sanitizing. Quat sanitizer @ 200 ppm. Garbage area good. Discussed employee health/illness policy. Ensure employees with gastrointensinal illnesses (vomitting or diarrhea) are excluded from food service for 48 HRS after symptoms stop. *Mop bucket sink observed with y valve that was removed during change of ownership. This valve removed during inspection. Ensure this valve stays off this faucet.

The following items still need to be addressed by next routine inspection: - Deep clean floor sink under three compartment sink. - Remove and replace caulk behind hand sink near three compartment sink. Operator in process of obtaining CPFM- operator shall contact health inspector once this certification is obtained.

All items from opening inspection have been addressed except the following: - Repair self door closing device to middle door of walk in freezer. This item must be corrected by next routine inspection. OK to issue permit.

The following items must be corrected prior to issuance of new permit: - Install a thermometer in large reach in ice cream/frozen dinners freezer. - Replace gasket on left door to ice freezer. -Adjust lenght of defrost cycle for ice freezer to stop condensation from dripping into bottom of freezer and refreezing on bags of ice. - Clean up all condensation that has dripped into bottom of ice freezer and refrozen.- Replace gasket to main door to walk in unit. - Repair self door closing device to middle door of walk in freezer. - Repair all broken plastic pieces to bottom of display doors for walk in fridge. - Clean leavs out from around garbage dumpster. - Replace broken tiels in front of and underneath donut display station. - Fill in missing grout around tiles in front of coffee station. - Repair broken tile near entrance to walk in fridge.

The following items must be corrected prior to issuance of permit: - Make up unit used to store hot dogs needs to be holding at 40F or below. Currently showing an ambient of 40F-42F but product temp holding at 48-50F. Current operator removed cardboard boxes to allow for better air flow in unit but food still showed 48F-50F. Unit needs to be evaluated to ensure it can consistently hold 40F even with the door being opened routinely. Current product moved to walk in fridge until this unit is holding properly. Unit will be reinspected in 48 hours. - Remove old glue from wall in restroom. - Remove and replace caulk behind sink in restroom. - Remove y valve from mop sink in back room. - Deep clean floor sink under three compartment sink. - Remove and replace caulk behind hand sink near three compartment sink. - Deep clean around cup dispenser under small slurpee machine. - Properly secure splash guards around soda machine with items that are smooth and easily cleanable (i.e. not duct tape). - Repair leak around drain opening underneath wash bin of three compartment sink.
