OBSERVATIONS:- Products checked were within date ranges- Back stock stored properly off the floor; chemicals were in a segregated area away from foods.- Reach-in coolers at 32F; 33F. Freezers at 10F (in defrost). All refrigeration is centrally alarmed and monitored.
