The Below Violations were noted at time of inspection.1) Everything must be affixed to the cart; must be self sustaining ie Ice chest; generators etc. No extra tables or ice chest.2) Handsink not affixed to the cart; must be affixed and have hot/cold running water and fully stocked. Must be hooked into a greywater tank at least 1 gallon bigger than the potable holding tank.3) 180.100 cart must have permitted name on two sides of the cart in no less than 3 in ch lettering.Below were Notes observed at time of inspection:1) Must obtain a certified food protection manager cert 30 days after permit issued. Also must obtain a WCDHD card once cert obtained.2) No cooling on the cart.3) No cooking raw products ie hamburger; chicken or pork.4) Any changes in menu must be apporved by the Health Department.5) Menu will be able to be sustained by cart.6) Must be able to cold hold extra products at 40 degree F or less ie extra hot dogs; onions; tomatoes; cheese; mayonaise.7) Must be able to hot hold at 140 degrees F or higher.8) All cooking; prep; storing; and cleaning must be done at the depot.
