Observed missing thermometer at reach in icecream bunker. All food observed frozen.

Observed restroom for both public and employees dirty. Bathroom floors observed dirty with visible soil and gum adhered to floor. Bathrooms shall be swept and wet mopped daily. Toilet and handsinks shall be cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis.Do fill or patch all holes on walls of restroom.

All cold holding units checked Ok and recorded < 40 F.Walk in cooler at 31 F; walk in freezer @ -11 F. Reach in cooler at 37 F and reach in freezer -7 F. All use by dates current and all dairy dates current.Grocery store practices first in first out method of rotation. Store does not sell any damaged food products.No chemicals stored next to food.Discussed with operator disinfection after a public vomiting incident. Do wear gloves when cleaning bodily fluids and use chlorine bleach to disinfect contaminated area.

All cold holding units are wired to a computer monitoring system that will alarm if freezer reaches 0 F and reefers reach 39 F.
