General Comments that relate to this Inspection Facility does not currently have a CFPM and has changed menu to limit food items requiring food prep or heatingFacility is having lunch catered in by a company called Lunch Lady through Zpizza (F100144). Due to changes in the menu the risk level is being downgraded from 2 to 1 and is not required to have a CFPM on staff. If facility wants to resume baking; heating up commercial packaged food; and serve approved PHF/TCS; they will need to employ a full time CFPM.Provided contact a list of approved CFPM Instructors and courses

[1] Installed; maintained Observed floor drain in kitchen with standing water. Operator states it is a result of wax build-up on the drain grate from floor polishng. Drains/grates need to be serviced/cleaned/snaked to eliminate pooling of water.All other floor drains were clear.
