General Comments that relate to this Inspection Notes:Meat display refers were both at 36-38 degree F.All meat was separated and at 37-39 degree F .No alot of product.Make sure clean and disinfect all meat cutting equipment after each use and clean the meat display case on a routine schedule.

General Comments that relate to this Inspection Ok to issue permit to operate.Refrigeration units obseved operating below 40 F.Hand sinks noted stocked and functional.Discussed set up of sanitizing solution in 3rd compartment instead of middle compartment of 3-compartment sink.Slicer observed in clean condition.Risk category 3 assigned on this permit.CFPM currently on staff full time at thsi facility. Facility operates under two permits that require a CFPM; facility is less than 5000 SF and therefore ok for one CFPM to cover both of these permits.
