Operator currently using quatenary ammonia sanitizing tabelets for the sanitizing compartment of the 3-compartment sink. Quatenary ammonia test strips were not available at the time of inspection. Either provide quat test strips or switch sanitizer back to bleach and utilize the bleach test strips that are already available.

NOTES:1) Please make sure all spray bottles are clearly labeled to prevent misuse.2) Entire facility was very well organized and clean.3) Hand washing sink was stocked and operational.4) The stone candy make table has some heavy cracking however most candy is manufactured in Moundhouse and transported to this facility for display and sale. If candy is made on the stone portion of the table it is either covered with wax paper or made on the south side which is not cracked.
